Content: RESOLVED that:- (i) Agrees that the advertised layout mitigates the perpetual issue of obstruction on Clarel Street, both of the road and the footway, and is the most appropriate solution to address this, despite concerns raised during the public consultation by a small number of residents, that it will adversely affect their ability to park as close to their homes as they would wish; and (ii) Authorise the Head of Highways and Engineering and the Head of Legal Services to make and implement The Traffic Regulation Order to introduce waiting restrictions as per the advertised layout.
