Purpose:

Content: Resolved by the  Portfolio Holder for Corporate Resources and Finance   (i)         That the budget virement of £31,101 from Identified Asbestos Works to Rock Hill Barrier be approved, as detailed in Appendix 2.3.   For the Portfolio Holder for Corporate Resources and Finance to recommend to Council:   (ii)        That the capital programme be amended to reflect the savings identified in Appendix 2.1.   (iii)      That the virements totalling £1.417million between Housing Revenue capital budgets, as detailed in Appendix 2.4, be approved.   (iv)         That the General Fund capital programme carry-forwards of £1.423million from 2025/26 financial year, as detailed in Appendix 2.5, be approved.     (i)                The Council approved its revenue and capital budgets for the 2025/26 financial year at its full Council meeting on 4 February 2025 and this report sets out the Quarter 1 forecast position against the budget.   (ii)        The report also seeks approval of Council in line with the constitution for carry forwards and virements in relation to the capital programme. The report is for information only.
