Purpose:

Content: The Scrutiny, Performance and Standards Committee received a summary of the complaints received in relations to Members’ behaviour under the Code of Conduct.   Cllr Naylor MOVED and Cllr Gorton SECONDED the recommendation in the report.  A vote was taken by a show of hands and it was RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:   R1. That the summary of complaints and determinations for the period September 2024 to August 2025 are received.
