Purpose: This report concerns the extension of the existing contract to continue the provision of Facilities Management (FM) services for the Council’s retained estate.

Content: This report concerns the extension of the existing contract to continue the provision of Facilities Management (FM) services for the Council’s retained estate. That the Corporate Director Neighbourhoods and Regeneration, having consulted with the Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Property:   i)               Approves the variation of the contract for Hard FM Maintenance with OCS UK&I to permit extension of the contract.   ii)              Approves the extension of the contract for a period of two years, commencing on 1 July 2026.
