Content: To approve the updated corrected new park rules for those that live of council-owned and controlled Mobile Home Park site, namely Foxhall Manor Park in Didcot. To delegate to the Head of Housing and Environment, in consultation with the Cabinet member for Housing, the ability to make minor amendments to wording within the rules in the future.   New park rules will be implemented from 01 October 2025 to allow time for communication with residents and updating of our webpages
