Content: To approve the award of a 3-year contract with a one-year extension option to Concerto Solutions through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 14 framework for the provision of the council’s Property Information Management System (PIMS).   To authorise the Head of Corporate Services, in consultation with the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord and the cabinet members for Corporate Services and Policy & Programmes, and Finance and Property Assets, to finalise and agree the terms and conditions of the call-off contract.
