Purpose: The applicant is 62 years old, and a test of their resources has identified that they are living on a low income and therefore they meet the qualification criteria for housing assistance. The proposed action will remove a category 1 hazard for excess cold, improving the energy efficiency of a private dwelling, also assisting with reducing fuel poverty.

The proposed action will remove a category 1 hazard for excess cold, improving the energy efficiency of a private dwelling, also assisting with reducing fuel poverty.   The Group Manager of Housing hereby:   a)  approves the application (WH/94/2025) for Warm Homes Housing Assistance set out in the schedule (Appendix 1) subject to the acceptance of the offer of assistance by the applicant.   b)  authorises payment of the amount of Warm Homes Housing Assistance set out in the schedule subject to satisfactory completion of the works and compliance with the Housing Assistance Policy.   N/A.
