Content:   The Committee considered the report of the Chief Legal & Democratic Services Officer, as contained on pages 71 to 72 of the Book of Reports, which advised on the Council’s use of its powers under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA).   RESOLVED:   That it be noted that the Council has not had cause to use its powers under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2020 (RIPA) during the last 12 months.
