Purpose: To set out details of the operation of the risk management framework during the 24/25 financial year

Content: The Committee considered the report of the Chief Legal & Democratic Services Officer, as contained on pages 35 to 48 of the Book of Reports, which provided details of the operation of the risk management framework over the last twelve months as set out in the Risk Management Annual Report 2024/25   A question was raised in respect of decision making by Members in respect of the Risk Management Annual Report.   RESOLVED:   A.     That the Risk Management Annual Report 2024/25 at Appendix 1 be approved.                         B.     That future reporting arrangements in respect of the Risk Management Annual Report be considered.
