Purpose: To appoint a Member to the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board – Stakeholder Reference Group.

Content: To appoint a Member to the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board – Stakeholder Reference Group. That Councillor Hannah Fleet be appointed to the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board – Stakeholder Reference Group, with Councillor Cathy Augustine, Cabinet Member for Children, Families and Safeguarding, acting as a substitute. 1.1           To ensure appropriate Council representation on Outside Organisations.   1.2           In line with other representation on regional and national outside organisations, the representative should be a Cabinet Member and in this case Councillor Hannah Fleet is the most appropriate nomination, as she has replaced Councillor Penny Andow as the Cabinet Member for Integrated Adult and Community Services.   1.3           It is suggested that Councillor Cathy Augustine, Cabinet Member for Children, Families and Safeguarding, acts as a substitute to ensure representation on the Group at every meeting.     None
