Purpose: Request to consult on the establishment of a specialist resourced provision at Race Leys Infant School.

Content: Councillor Briggs, Portfolio Holder for Education outlined the report relating to the Consultation on the Establishment of a SEND Resourced Provision.   All recommendations were approved.   Resolved that the Portfolio Holder for Education agrees to the undertaking of a statutory process, including public consultation, as part of the proposed establishment of a Resourced Provision to cater for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at Race Leys Infant School, Bedworth.
