Content: (a)  Order of Agenda   It was agreed to consider item 12 (planning application 80422) after item 8 (planning application 80095) on the agenda and items 9 (planning application 80454) and 13 (planning application 80508) after item 21 (planning application 80372) on the agenda.   (b)  Mandatory Training session for the Planning Committee – 17 September 2025   Councillor Whitehead arrived.   The Chair reminded Councillors of the mandatory training session that have been arranged for Members and Substitute Members of the Planning Committee on Wednesday 17 September 2025 at 10.00 a.m.  He also advised that there was a general planning training session arranged on Thursday 18 September 2025 at 10.00 am which was open to all Councillors to attend.
