Purpose:

Content: A refresh of the existing policy was presented. A few minor changes had been made, including a greater explanation on the enforcement of juveniles and the publication of enforcement action. The policy was overarching, with different service standards within it, and would be tailored to individual teams and applied on a case-by-case basis. It was agreed that links to the service standards would be included within the final version of the policy.   RESOLVED:   That the Committee adopt the updated Enforcement Policy at Appendix A, with the inclusion of links to the service standards.
