Purpose:

Content: Concern was raised by some members that some of the KPIs appeared to be quite random and it was not clear why some of the metrics were included. It was agreed that clarification be sought and that any further measures the Committee wanted to see would be discussed in their informal briefings.   There were also concerns with the continued issue of the floating bridge and the annual spend. It was suggested that ways to increase income be explored even if a new vessel was to be obtained, as the council was currently spending more money on it than was coming in. Confirmation was given that a procurement exercise was underway, and a report would be presented to the Committee on 16 October.   RESOLVED:   That the Committee note the performance report.
