Decision Maker: Cabinet
Outcome:
Is Key Decision?: No
Is Callable In?: Yes
Purpose: It is proposed to dispose of the former Park store at Hawkenbury by means of a freehold sale or a long lease. It is in need of significant repairs but the investment required would not produce an appropriate return on that expenditure. It is considered more pragmatic to dispose of the building an enable a new owner to repair it for their own purposes.
