Content: Following consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance and Change in accordance with an Individual Cabinet Decision dated 15th October 2021 relating to the procurement of replacement contracts for the supply of ICT user devices and mobile telephony, and an Executive Officer Decision taken by Director of Digital & People Services in relation to replacement contracts for the supply of ICT user devices and mobile telephony, as described in the Background Section of this report.
