Content: Members were presented with a detailed summary of work undertaken by the Overview and Scrutiny function during 2024/25, in the format of an Annual Report.   Councillor J Shephard and S Scotthorne spoke to the report. Councillor Scotthorne thanked Councillor Shephard and members of Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the considerable time and effort they have given.   Resolved that the Overview and Scrutiny Annual Report 2024/25 be received.
