Purpose: The following report seeks approval to offer free parking to customers on the City Council’s Penny Street and Trinity Square surface car parks during the period in the run-up to Christmas 2025.

Content: The Cabinet Member for Environment and Community Safety agreed to the suspension of parking charges on Penny Street and Trinity Square surface car parks on the days and between the times set out in section 3.6 of this report.
