Purpose: Following Cabinet approval of the draft Better Care Fund Plan (17 March 2025) and approval by the Health and Wellbeing Board (27 March 2025) and completion of the national assurance process, the Director of Adult Services following consultation with the Director of Resources and Head of Law is required to enter into a section 75 Agreement with the Integrated Care Board in relation to the Better Care Fund for 2025-26.
