Content: Cllr S Butikofer introduced this item. She had chaired the recent meeting of the Employment & Appeals Committee. She explained that a panel had been convened on 18th July for the recruitment of a new Director of Resources (S151 Officer). It was a cross-party panel and members had agreed to the appointment of Don McCallum.   It was proposed by Cllr S Butikofer, seconded by Cllr L Shires and   RESOLVED to   Appoint Don McCallum as Director of Resources and S151 Officer.
