Content: That the following updates to the Children and Young People’s Nursing (CYPN) Service Model be approved, to better align to the updated Healthy Child Programme (HCP):   1.    That Children and Young People’s Nursing (CYPN) support commences from Reception year (age 4/5) instead of Year 1 (age 5/6).   2.    That delivery of the Tier 1 continence and enuresis pathway changes to provide self-help information and resources and referral to clinical support only.
