Content: Appendix A to this report is exempt from publication on the basis that it contains information of the description set out in paragraphs 12 & 14 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.       AGREED: that Sue Thomas be re-appointed as the Independent Chair of Cardiff Youth Justice Board for a further term of office until 31 December 2027.     To ensure the effective leadership of the Cardiff Youth Justice Board in order to discharge the legislative requirements of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and statutory guidance issued by the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales.
