Content: AGREED: that   1.               tenders be invited through the Fram24 framework Lot 1 - Merchants, for the supply of General Building Materials;   2.               the evaluation criteria of 50% price 40% quality and 10% community wellbeing benefits.   To enable the councils in house workforce to purchase general building materials through a single appointed supplier for a period of 3 years from 1st November 2025.
