Content:   AGREED: that   1.     a procurement process be initiated to deliver a highway maintenance contract to the value of estimated £2m per annum via an open tender process covering the period 2025-2027   2.     The proposed tender evaluation criteria is 60% quality and 40% cost.   3.     The tender exercise  be carried out subject to the caveats set out in the legal advice contained within this report   To enable the Council to put arrangements in place to appoint a contractor to deliver multiple areas of carriageway and footway localised surfacing across Cardiff.
