Purpose:

Content: AGREED: that officers be authorised to commence a competitive procurement process, creating a new contracting arrangement with a single provider organisation, to deliver two Childrens Homes in Cardiff based upon the proposals detailed in the Providing Homes for Children and Accommodation Strategies.   To obtain the necessary approval in order to commence the procurement process to invite bids from the market and to ensure the Council meets its statutory obligations to provide sufficient homes for children looked after.
