Content: AGREED; that   Tenders be invited from suppliers within Lot 10 of the South East Wales Framework for the delivery of localised surface improvements across Cardiff for 2025-2027.  The estimated value of the contract is £4m   The proposed tender evaluation criteria is 60% cost and 40% quality   The tender exercise be carried out subject to the caveats set out in the legal advice contained within this report   To enable the Council to put arrangements in place to appoint a contractor to deliver multiple areas of carriageway and footway localised surfacing across Cardiff.
