There is no requirement to send notices to nearby addresses to advertise a licence application.   The Sub-Committee considered the objections, and on balance after hearing the representations from the parties and considering the written representations they decided that the application would not undermine the licensing objectives.   The Sub-Committee took into account that there was a significant reduction of the capacity from 300 to 100. They also took into consideration that there were no other objections from the other Responsible Authorities and that the outside area would not be used until a table and chairs licence is obtained. The Sub-Committee was satisfied that the Applicant demonstrated that the premise would be run responsibly.   Having taken all of the above factors into consideration the Sub-Committee was satisfied that by granting the premises licence the licensing objectives.   Public Informative   The Applicant is advised to obtain a tables and chairs licence before using the outside area.   The Applicant is advised to surrender the existing licence.   Your right to appeal   If you are aggrieved by any term, condition or restriction attached to this decision, you have the right to appeal to the Thames Magistrates Court, 58 Bow Road, London E3 4DJ within 21 days of the date you receive this written decision.   You can also contact the court by email: [email protected]
