Purpose: At its meeting on 25th September, Cabinet agreed to delegate authority to the Executive Director for Sustainable Communities, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Built Environment, Housing and Sustainable Development, to agree textual changes to the Options document (Attachment 1) prior to its publication for consultation. The textual changes required to the Options document are set out in a schedule which has been agreed via the delegated authority set out above.
