Purpose:

Content: I have determined the nominations received from Councillors for appointment to various outside organisations against the information in Annex B; and  having received representations from Councillors, I have completed Annex C with my determination of the appointments taking into account matters raised in paragraph 4 of the report.   These appointments strengthen the links and aid communication between the Council and the community and contribute to the role of local Councillors.  I considered all candidates.
