Content: Deed of Easement at Cherry Tree Car Park, Dereham To enter into a Deed of Easement with Theatre Royal Surgery, Dereham, granting them rights to construct and maintain a soakaway within the boundaries of the Council owned car park. The soakaway will be used to facilitate surface water drainage from the Surgery’s property in connection with their recent extension proposals.
