Purpose: The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.   Councillor Laura Marshall of Brunswick ward has requested: (i)               £261.65 as a ward councillor donation to Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of a Halloween event.   Councillor Matthew Thomas of Brunswick ward has requested: (i)               £130.00 as a ward councillor donation to Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of Public Liability Insurance. (ii)             £261.65 as a ward councillor donation to Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of a Halloween event.    Councillor Peter Hunter of Highfield ward has requested: (i)               £682.00 as a ward councillor donation to Blackpool Council Public Transport Infrastructure, towards the cost of a bus shelter on Highfield road.   Councillor John Boughton of Layton ward has requested: (i)               £548.75 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost a road closure for a Layton Christmas tree switch on event. (ii)             £150.00 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of an alley clearance.   Councillor Kathryn Benson of Layton ward has requested: (i)               £548.75 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost a road closure for a Layton Christmas tree switch on event. (ii)             £150.00 as a ward councillor donation to Enveco, towards the cost of an alley clearance.   Councillor Julie Sloman of Norbreck ward has requested: (i)               £272.00 as a ward councillor donation to 1st Norbreck Guides, towards the cost of badge books.
