Purpose: A by-election is to take place in the Westway ward on Thursday 6 November 2025. The usual station for the Westway ward (polling district WST1) is unavailable for this election. In accordance with provisions in the Strategy & Resources terms of reference (3(xii)), the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) has determined that the polling station for WST1 at the Westway by-election on 6 November 2025 will be at the Caterham Hill Library, Westway, Caterham, CR3 5TP. Voters will be informed in writing and email (if the ERO holds their email address) prior to the election.
