Purpose:

Content: R E S O L V E D – that:   A.    the Revenue and Capital budget forecast positions as at Quarter 1 / M3 (June) 2025/2026 be noted.   B.    the budget virements for Strategy & Resources and the Council overall, as set out in paragraphs 3 to 6 of the report, be approved.   C.   it be noted £0.8m of the Service Capacity Fund (created from a £1.2m approved carry forward from 2024/25) has been distributed to-date in consultation with Group Leaders.   D.   the reprofiling and associated adjustments to the capital budget set out in paragraph 24 onwards, be approved.
