Content: 1.    Approved the increase in fees and charges as outlined in paragraphs 2.7 and 2.11, in line with Fees and Charges Strategy approved by Cabinet on 24 July 2024.   2.    Approved that fees and charges as outlined in Section 3 have not been increased for the reasons outlined in the report.   3.    Approved the changes to fees and charges to take affect from 1 October 2025, with the exception of charges relating to Telecare which will increase from 1 April 2026.
