Purpose: To seek approval to draw down funds from the capital reserve, following the UKSPF funded purchase of the East Midlands Ambulance Station.

Content: That approval is given for:   1. To create a GF Capital scheme expenditure code for the Redevelopment of Moneys Yard, Sleaford   2. To create a GF Capital scheme budget provision in the 2025/26 financial year for the Redevelopment of Moneys Yard, Sleaford.   3. To approve a drawdown from the 'Capital Reserve' to fund the Redevelopment of Moneys Yard proposals. This sum was the original source of funding for to the EMAS site purchase but remains available for alternative use at Moneys Yard as UKSPF grant funding was ultimately used as funding for the EMAS land purchase.
