Content: To seek agreement from the Cabinet Member for Leisure and Customer Services to vary the Council’s Waste Management Contract with Serco to include the provision of district-wide 1-2-3 food waste collections.   The Cabinet Member for Leisure and Customer Services agrees to the variation of the Council’s Waste Management Contract with Serco to include the provision of district-wide 1-2-3 food waste collections from November 2025.
