Purpose: Report seeking approval to award contract for the Council’s Paid for Parking and PCN Payment Processing.

Content: To approve the award of Provision of Paid for Parking Services to RingGo Limited, for a period of four (4) years, with a maximum contract value of £648,000 with a maximum contract value of £972,000. There will be the option to extend for a further two years at the Authority’s discretion (4+2).   The initial contract will run from February 2026 (if notice is served to the existing contract In September 2025) to March 2030 with a maximum contract value of £648,000. If extended for the full term, the contract will expire in March 2032 and the expected maximum contract value will be £972,000.
