Purpose: The Cabinet will be asked to support the next stage of consultation on Suffolk County Council’s adoption of the Suffolk Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS).

Content: The Cabinet will be asked to support the next stage of consultation on Suffolk County Council’s adoption of the Suffolk Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS). Resolved:   That: 1.           The final Draft Suffolk Local Nature Recovery Strategy, be approved without changes, as set out in Appendix 1 to Report number: CAB/WS/25/046, to enable Suffolk County Council to proceed to adoption.   2.           Delegated authority be given to the Head of Planning in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Governance and Regulatory to agree minor non-material consequential amendments to the Suffolk Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS). Any amendments to the draft deemed by the aforementioned Portfolio Holder to be significant, to be presented to Cabinet for approval.
