Purpose:

Content: The Strategic Manager for People and Organisational Development shared the report which set out the learning and development activities recommended for members of the committee.   The committee discussed the plan and agreed that training undertaken by members should be published. It was agreed that members would complete the initial training by January and an updated plan would be presented to the committee.   RESOLVED   i)                 THAT the Committee approves the content of the report and begins to undertake the learning and development required of them. Any new learning to be added to the committee requirements should be discussed and agreed by committee members.   ii)               THAT Committee members agree to complete all required training, and an updated report is brought to the January committee meeting.
