Content: Reviewed and updated the Landlord Incentive Policy. This now includes a one off payment of up to £500 to households in temporary accommodation who secure their own suitable and affordable private rental sector housing. Review of existing policy and include provision to incentivise households in temporary accommodation to secure their own accommodation, decreasing the amount of time they are in temporary accommodation and ensuring they have more choice over their home. Leave Landlord Incentive Policy as it is and do not include payments to incentivise households to secure their own accommodation.
