Purpose: The report summarises the additional funding agreed for specific projects delivered through Ealing council’s Drug and Alcohol Treatment Service, RISE. This funding is received from a  range of sources including Public Health Grant, Section 106 funding and a ring-fenced Local Stop Smoking Cessation grant.   This report seeks authority to vary the existing contract with Change Grow Live Services Limited (CGL) for the provision of Adult and Young People’s Community Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services to enable CGL to deliver additional services as a result of further funding becoming available.
