Content: The Cabinet Member for Business Transformation and Customers presented a report requesting authorisation for the write-off of debt due from Jacksons the Bakers Ltd.   It was reported that all potential collection actions had been pursued, with no prospect of further debt recovery.   *RESOLVED –   That the debt due from Jacksons the Bakers Ltd. be charged as a write-off against the bad debt provision made in the General Fund Revenue budget accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.   REASON FOR DECISION   All available actions for recovery through legal channels have been explored.
