Purpose: This report seeks approval to accept a funded budget increase into the Council’s budget of £52,250. This funding is to deliver a further reimbursement from Lancashire County Council (LCC) for the amount of ‘Thank You’ payments the Council has made during Q1 and Q2 in 2025/2026 to sponsors of Ukrainian guests under the Ukrainian guests under the Government’s Home for Ukrainian Scheme (HfU).

Content: Resolved – That the Cabinet Member for Resources accepted the reimbursement of ‘thank you’ payments and approved a funded budget increase in the Community Grants budget for Q1 to Q2 of 2025/26 of £52,250.
