Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED that a contract is entered into in the form of a RIBA Standard Professional Services Contract  with Allies and Morrison LLP for the sum of £73,000. To provide architectural, structural engineering, CDMPD and BRPD services up to RIBA stage 6 (construction support) to the Bandstand rebuild project and enable a successful planning allocation and building designs  to be delivered. A full tender to find architects to support this project could have been pursued but this would not have delivered the project on time. None.
