Purpose: To extend the Public Spaces Protection Order relating to dog control.

Content: To extend the Public Spaces Protection Order relating to dog control. To approve the variation to the PSPO – Dog Exclusion to include new areas/spaces.   To approve a three-year extension to the Public Spaces Protection Orders for Dog Control in relation to Dog Fouling, Dogs on Leads and Dog Exclusion Zones from 1st December 2025 at midnight to 30th November 2028 at 11.59pm. To ensure appropriate management of dog control across the City, with supporting education and enforcement as required. Whether to extend the current Dog Control PSPO's for a further 3 years or whether to let them expire.
