Purpose: The purpose of this report is to seek approval, that, in accordance with the terms of the Football Foundation Grant Agreement, a JCT Minor Works Building Contract (2016) be awarded to SUPPORT IN SPORT GROUP (UK) to deliver the Knowsley PlayZones Portfolio Project through the Football Foundation Framework from 1 January 2026 to 31 July 2026.   The reason for the decision is that a compliant procurement exercise has been undertaken in accordance with Contract Procedure Rule 8 by the Football Foundation through their procurement framework, and the winning bidder has been identified as providing the most economically advantageous offer to the Football Foundation and The Council.
