Content:   To delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Housing, in consultation with the Deputy Leader of the Council (Housing, Investment and New Homes) and the Corporate Director of Finance, to enter into Agreement for underleases and associated Full Repairing and Insuring (FRI) underleases of five properties situated in Streatham, providing 30 studio spaces at a starting annual cost of £508,591. This is expected to occur in November 2025 and operate for ten years plus a day. This will be an overall cost of £5,830,428 and a cost reduction of £3,420,528.
