Content: This item reports the outcome of marketing Hondslough Farm and seeks approval to confirm its surplus status and progress the sale. That:   1)            the property identified as Holding 1 on the plan attached as Appendix 1 to the report be confirmed as surplus to requirements; 2)            the property be sold at the best price reasonably achievable following the marketing of the property; and 3)            officers be authorised to take all necessary actions to implement the proposal. The proposals are consistent with the objectives of the Council and the management policy for the farms portfolio. The decision to retain this property was rejected when considering alternative Council uses for the property, the rationale behind that conclusion remains unchanged; there is no logical case to reject the offer and hence no other options justifying further consideration.
