Content: The Director of Resources and Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report seeking authorisation from Personnel Committee for a Payroll Officer to study for the Payroll Specialist Certificate (PSC) with CIPP.   RESOLVED THAT COMMITTEE:   Approved the Payroll Officer to commence study of the Payroll Specialist Certificate (PSC) with CIPP with immediate effect.
