Content: Purpose: to award a contract to refurbish the dry side changing facilities To award a JCT Design and Build Contract to Universal Contracting Ltd for the Dry Side Changing Facilities Refurbishments Project at the Didcot Wave Leisure Centre, Newlands Avenue, Didcot, OX11 8AY.   After thorough evaluation and analysis of all tenders submitted, Universal Contracting Ltd was identified as offering the best value and complete submission, at a total project cost of £118,205.54.                                       8 submissions in total were evaluated by two leisure team officers and the Project Manager (One Consulting Group), and after all evaluations were completed a moderation meeting was held to identify and confirm final placings.   As a result of the evaluation process, there were 5 compliant and 3 non-compliant submissions.
